Review of the OnePlus Nord, one of the best value midrange smartphones of 2020 boasting a quad lens camera, slick PubG Mobile performance and 5G support. All for under £400. I've been testing out the OnePlus Nord as my fulltime phone and here's all you need to know, including how it stacks up to the Moto G 5G Plus, Realme X50 and other recent rivals.

Costing hundreds less than the OnePlus 8 flagship, this great value handset still serves up a premium experience. Even if you're an avid gamer, titles like PubG and Call of Duty can play perfectly here thanks to the Snapdragon 765G chipset. Battery life isn't quite as strong vs some competitors, but can generally see you through an intensive day.

That quad camera uses a 48MP primary lens with Sony's IMX586 sensor and while not infallible, this does a decent job with photo quality in good conditions. You also have a dual selfie cam setup on the Nord, with an UltraWide option.

Saving cash with this device doesn't deprive you of the full OxygenOS experience either, complete with guaranteed updates for two years.
