I tried to cook pork shoulder with red tomatoes and pechay and the result was incredible.. It's really easy and simple to make and everyone will surely love the result.. This is my amazing pork shoulder in tomatoes broth with Pechay..

INGREDIENTS
2pcs chopped onions
1cloves chopped garlic
1.5Kilo Pork shoulder (kasim)
1/2tsp salt and ground black pepper
5pcs red medium size tomatoes
ground black pepper and 1/4tsp salt
4Tbsp fish sauce
Water enough to submerge the meat and cook it until soft and tender
pechay
