Here's my version of Kinamatisang baboy a budgetfriendly Filipino pork dish. Pork is usually stewed in tomatoes, garlic, onion, and vegetables were simultaneously placed into the pot. Serve it while it's hot, perfect partnered with freshlysteamed white rice.

Ingredients:
4 cloves of garlic
1 mediumsized onion
45 pcs of tomatoes
600g pork spare ribs
2 1/2 tbsp of fish sauce
1/2 tsp ground pepper
4 cups of pork broth
1 pc star anise (optional)
6 pcs string beans
1 bunch of bok choy
