The Need: A machinery manufacturer needed to install a new manufacturing line to process engine cylinder liners through both rough and finish operations.
The Solution: Omni Metalcraft Corp. provided Flat Motor Chain Driven Live Roller Conveyor to transport cylinder liners through a fully automated operation. The system delivers single liners to each operation as well as integrate with machining tools. Coated rollers and lined side guides were required to protect the finished product. A lift gate was needed to create a walkway in the existing facility.
