I can't believe I just found this coin here at a place we have been metal detecting for 5 years. I was digging through the sheet metal, cans and junk when I locked on to a good 86 signal with my Fisher F19. I opened up the ground and was pulling out nail, bailing wire and shards when I shifted the dirt and seen a silver edge. OMG ! that is a huge coin ! When I pulled it out of the dirt it I could not believe it. 1821 Silver capped bust half dollar in fantastic condition. I was right inbetween two cellar holes that are loaded with all kinds of trash and junk but we always pick good relics out of.
