This is only a prototype of a free energy off balance magnet motor. This type of rotor with offset permanent magnets is being used on the internet in about a dozen different videos. The idea for our prototype is to use a pulse from a battery at the right time to establish an interaction between the permanent magnets on the rotor and the electromagnet on the stator and hopefully there will be enough torque on the shaft to generate more energy out to keep the battery charged. There is also a back EMF from the electromagnet that can also be used to keep the battery charged. We do not have time to test everything.
