Ingredients:

2 eggs
a pinch of salt
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
1 egg white
250 g yogurt(1 cup)
lemon peel
1 big apple
90 g rolled oats(1 cup)
1 teaspoon baking powder
cinnamon
fry on medium heat for 23 minutes on each side
add your favorite fruits and some honey
