Via Transilvanica este un traseu de lungă distanță, destinat drumețiilor pe jos, cu bicicleta sau călare. Are 1.400 de kilometri și străbate țara dintrun capăt în altul, de la Putna la Drobeta TurnuSeverin, trecând prin aproape 600 de comunități. Via Transilvanica se inspiră din alte trasee de lungă distanță din lume, cum ar fi El Camino, Pacific Crest Trail, Appalachian Trail etc.

Dar până să aibă drumul drumeți, o serie de activități trebuie îndeplinite, pentru ca traseul să fie pregătit. În vara anului 2021, Tășuleasa Social și oamenii drumului au amenajat cel mai lung sector de pe acest traseu: CarașSeverin. De la planurile puse pe hârtie, la colaborarea uneori dificilă cu autorități și instituții, până la explorări în teren și amenajarea traseului, toată această călătorie este despre oameni Oameni care construiesc, oameni care mai degrabă ar distruge, oameni care trăiesc dea lungul aceleași cărări care ne unește. Ei sunt: oamenii drumului!

Via Transilvanica is a longdistance trail for walking, cycling and horse riding. It is about 1,400 kilometres long and crisscrosses the country from Putna to Drobeta TurnuSeverin, passing through almost 600 communities.
