For this purpose, they first prepare butter and buttermilk from the prepared yogurt and use this buttermilk to cook soup and then prepare the chickens to cook a delicious mesma.
Mesma Margh is cooked with chicken meat and onions and is a very delicious local dish. Every year during Nowruz, the people of our village go to visit their friends and relatives or they all gather at the house of one of the elders of the family and meet each other; This old tradition is one of the things that is done every year during Nowruz and is very important to us Iranians!
