Mostafa Askari, chief economist at Institute of Fiscal Studies and Democracy at uOttawa, and former Deputy Parliamentary Budget Officer at the Parliament of Canada, joins BNN Bloomberg to react to Canada’s 2024 Federal Budget. Joining him on the panel was Dominique Lapointe, global macro strategist at Manulife Investment Management. He says there was really was no progress made on the cost savings side.
