The NordicTrack EXP 10i Treadmill has a new sleeker and more compact design. This treadmill is functional with nice features. The 10” touch screen is enabled with iFit to offer thousands of guided workouts filmed in studios and around the world. iFit isn’t required to use the EXP 10i, but it does make for a really interactive training experience.

We recommend the NordicTrack EXP 10i for walking, jogging, and light running. The 2.75 CHP motor doesn’t handle extensive training like longdistance running regularly, but it’s great for walking and jogging for a few miles per day. The EXP 10i goes up to 10 mph and has a 12% incline to give you plenty of training variables. The incline is a little noisy and slow to adjust, so keep that in mind, but overall the EXP 10i is quiet enough to work in most home spaces.

The deck makes this treadmill pretty compact because it is 20” wide and 55” long. We recommend 60” long decks for running and most stride lengths. Most people should be able to walk and jog comfortably, but if you have long running stride you might want to check out a larger treadmill. If you’re looking to save some space though, the EXP 10i is a good option.

The deck has soft cushioning and it folds up when you’re finished. You get assistance when lifting the deck and it will slowly lower to the floor itself when unfolded. The two transportation wheels mean you have to tip the treadmill back when it’s folded to engage the wheels, but it’s pretty easy to move when needed.

Overall, we really like how easy this new design is to use. The adjustment buttons make for quick and fast adjusting of the treadmill, and with iFit the treadmill automatically adjusts itself. If you’re looking for a compact, walking and jogging treadmill, we recommend looking into the NordicTrack EXP 10i Treadmill.
