This is the new model of the NordicTrack 2450. It has been upgraded with a whole new look for 2022, but it still functions as the previous model. Users should be able to get a lot of use out of this treadmill and it’s perfect for walkers, joggers, hikers, and runners alike.

One of the most noticeable upgrades is the new large 22” touch screen. This screen is enabled with iFit and adjusts up and down and side to side. This way you can do a workout on the treadmill and then turn the screen to do a workout on the mat. iFit offers a wide variety of training on and off the treadmill with the workouts being primarily led by knowledgable instructors. We did notice the screen wobbles a little bit at higher speeds, but it’s not distracting.

The new design of the 2450 has been streamlined for a sleeker look. There is much less storage on this one than on the 2021 model, but we don’t miss it. The 2 cup holders are removable but hold my water bottle steady. We really love the texture on the side handles and the front horizontal handle is convenient for balance assistance when you need it. The fan is powerful and the speakers project loud enough to hear the content on the screen, clearly.

The 3.6 CHP motor is quiet, responsive, and consistent. It performs the exact same as the previous model, so users should be able to get a lot of use out of it. The deck is 60” x 22”, which is plenty sufficient for users of all sizes. The cushioning also lessens the impact on your joints when running and provides a soft, comfortable experience. We do with the 300 lb weight limit was higher.

The NordicTrack 2450 goes up to 12 mph, inclines up to 15%, and declines to 3%. The decline is subtle but provides even more variables in your training. We also love the included quick touch buttons which make the 2450 perfect for interval training. If you’re looking for a hearty, quiet treadmill to get a lot of use on, the NordicTrack 2450 is an excellent choice.
