▶Fluffy easy, noknead cinnamon rolls what you can make within 1 hour and 30mins

** The bread making method of Kkuume is,
Inspired by ‘no knead method’ that it has been mainly used by home bakers when making high hydration lean bread like Chiabatta, Baguette, Focaccia.
And, I'm making soft and fluffy bread my own style and coming up with recipes **

* Do you like cinnamon rolls? I love it. I tried to make it in the Nordic style.
There is a scene of making cinnamon rolls in my favorite movie, 'Kamome Restaurant', and I really liked the scene. Because I can feel the tranquility of everyday life...
I wanted to make the shape of this cinnamon roll cute, and I wanted to make it with bread that goes well with afternoon tea time. With love in this cute bread. I wish everyone had such a peaceful time... _ 2021.01.04

♣ Oven
Bake in 190℃ / 374℉ preheated oven for about 15~20mins (It depends oven)

♣ Ingredients (7~8ea) ** 1cup(250ml) & 1Tbsp(15ml) **
▷milk 150~160g (144~154ml)
*humid environment (Southeast Asia etc – for about 150g=144ml)
*dry environment (Canada, U.S.A, Europe etc – for about 160g=154ml)
▷1 egg(=50g) *If you have lager egg, use only 50g(=50ml) of egg.
▷instant dry yeast 4g (1+1/4tsp)
▷sugar 60g (1/4cup + 1Tbsp)
▷salt 5g (1tsp)
▷melted butter 50g (52ml) *salted/unsalted both are fine
▷all purpose flour or bread flour 300g (2cup)

♣ Filling
▷soft butter 10~20g (10~20ml) *salted/unsalted both are fine
▷brown sugar (or white sugar) 50~80g (1/4cup ~ 1/3cup+1Tbsp) *can use as much as you like. If you like sweet one 80g / less sweet one 50g
▷cinnamon powder 2~4g (1~2tsp) *you can reduce it. But, I used 2tsp(4g)
▷(option) almond powder 4g (2/3Tbsp)
▷(option) cardamon powder 3 pinch

♣ Egg wash (can use only milk instead)
▷ 1 egg yolk + 1tsp milk

♣ Pearl sugar for decoration (optional, but I recommend it)
or can also use
icing (Mix well all ingredients)
milk 6g(1tsp), icing sugar 35g(1/4cup), soft butter 5g(5ml)
* Mocha icing 1g(1/2tsp) of coffee add into milk and melt it. And then mix it with other ingredients.

Q : My kitchen is so hot. Is it okay to proof bread?
A : Use cool milk(when you touch) to decrease temperature of dough.
