High school student from Ellsworth County, Noah Goss, is the 1st place winner of this years speech contest. She speaks about soil. She discusses why healthy soil is important within agriculture. Noah also explains different ways farmers can incorporate healthy soil practices into their daily lives. Lastly, she speaks on the importance of soil conservation.

KACD helps forge key partnerships among federal, state, and local entities all committed to a common goal: wise and efficient conservation practices to protect the state’s natural resources.
