Caramel Custard Pudding made with Agaragar. This method is less daunting than baking or steaming Custard Pudding. The Custard Pudding is soft and smooth, yet firm enough to hold itself. If you want a softer texture, reduce agaragar powder.

Ingredients 材料:
1 egg + 1 egg yolk 1个鸡蛋 + 1个蛋黄
1/2 teaspoon vanilla essence 1/2茶匙香草精
120 ml evaporated milk 120毫升淡奶
30 grams/3 teaspoon condensed milk 30克/3茶匙炼乳
180 ml cream 180毫升奶油
3 grams agaragar powder 3克燕菜粉
25 grams caster sugar 25克细砂糖
500 ml milk 500毫升牛奶

Caramel:
75 grams castor sugar 细砂糖 75克
2 tablespoon water 水 2汤匙
additional 1 tablespoon hot water to be added later 1汤匙开水完后加入
