Not really a how to, but more of an explanation of how a meter install is done here in the City of New Orleans, or as the people here call it.. NOLA! This is a simple install, if you can do a 1 1/2" meter replumb, you can do a 2" meter replumb. The only thing different is that an 1 1/2 requires 13" and a 2" requires 17" of space.
