Annotation @ 2:03 Offside will not be called if the ball falls to an offside player following a touch from the opposing team ONLY if the contact was a clear, deliberate attempt to play the ball. Thus, deflections off of an opposing player are still subject to offside (as seen in the clip @ 2:26).
