Apple Pie Protein Pancakes Bake
4 servings

1 cup Pancake mix
4 eggs
1 cup egg whites
2 cups cottage cheese
1 tsp vanilla
1 can no sugar added apple pie filling

Blend all ingredients (except apples) in a blender. Caramelize apple pie filling in an oven safe skillet. Pour batter on top. Bake at 400 for 30 40 minutes. Time will depend on size of baking dish.
