SOUR CREAM:
1c Heavy Cream
1/4c buttermilk
Mix in a mason jar with lid on. Remove lid and cover the jar with a paper towel hold in place with a rubber band. Let the jar sit out at room temp for ~24hrs. Remove paper towel and mix with spoon. Place lid on and place in fridge. This will last about a week in the fridge.
