Continuing with the sourdough breakfast treats, this week I made sourdough cinnamon rolls. Overall I prefer a nonsourdough version of cinnamon rolls; the sour taste just didn't work for me.

I also need to pick a better pan (i.e. NOT springform with a lining or baking sheet underneath). But they were still pretty decent.

Another consistent weekly bake as wellit's hard to want to branch out when we enjoy my standard loaf from week to week, but I'm working on some new ideas for the month of June.
