Golden Orchard is a single family home community in Apopka, northwest of Orlando, built by Lennar.
There are only 164 homes in this community and 93 are sold as of the filming of this video. Prices range from the 400’s to the mid500,000s. The community offers seven models range from the 3 bedroom Autumn model with 1,795 sq ft to the 5 bedroom Douglas model with 3,332 sq ft. The community offers a swimming pool and walking trails. The community is close to Wekiwa Springs and Rock Springs. Mount Dora’s historic downtown is a short drive away.
This Kelly Park Road corridor of Apopka, northwest of Orlando, is really booming and there are many new construction communities to choose from. The benefit of this particular community is that it is across from the future Wyld Oaks. It is a $1.2 billion dollar multiuse development will have housing, shopping, dining, hotels, and entertainment. This could take up to 15 years for for this project to be complete so you might be waiting awhile for amenities at the moment. Right now, the Wyld Oaks Apopka project is still in the very early stages and broke ground in early 2024. I’ll put a link below to a news article from WKMG about this area.
