An update at the two week point after my neck surgery posterior laminectomy with fusion. Levels c3 c7 (I misspoke on the video). I share my progress after cervical spine surgery. I was diagnosed with cervical stenosis with myelopathy.

My recommendations in the video include zero gravity chair and bendable straws. I have not worn an aspen collar after this surgery.
