Cervical stenosis, or narrowing of the spine bones onto the spinal nerves, is potentially a serious diagnosis that many people get surgery for.

In reality, surgery is rarely done for this condition. But many people never fully resolve the condition enough to get excellent longterm pain relief. They simply manage the pain and learn how to live with it. They figure out how to cope using medications, injections, and other shortterm relief treatments.

But it’s possible in many cases to get more mobility in the neck bones and take pressure off the neck joints. This will unpinch the nerves in the neck and take pressure off the joints to keep them healthy for the longterm
