We all know that gutwrenching feeling when your little one starts complaining of a tummy ache and you just know it's a stomach bug. I know my mind starts racing thinking about what the next few days will hold. Once one child catches a stomach virus it's only a matter of time before the rest of them catch it too. Those viruses are relentless and definitely cause me a lot of stress.

When I encountered our first stomach virus when my kids were really young, I went to the store in search of an electrolytes drink and I remember being completely shocked at the ingredients in the pedialyte drinks that are recommended. Recipe & Directions to make this Natural Electrolytes Drink
3/4 cup juice
2 T raw honey favorite organic raw honey: https://amzn.to/37g0jxg
1/8 tsp Celtic Sea Salt not your average salt, *most important ingredient: https://amzn.to/2OHMWQ9 I buy the big bag of fine salt and it lasts our family a long time.
2 cups filtered water
1/2 cup ice

Blend all ingredients together. Store in the refrigerator in an airtight container, like a mason jar with a lid. I suggest making a new batch every 24 hours or so. I offer it to my children a little bit at a time. 

Voila! You have a delicious, refreshing and healthy electrolytes drink to give to your kids or for yourself whenever you need it!
