NOTE!!! You could add 1/2cup water near the end of the cooking if you prefer milder sourness

INGREDIENTS
1Kilo milk fish (I used boneless milk fish but you could use regular milk fish)
2pcs chopped onions
1head crushed garlic
sliced ginger
salt and ground black pepper
1cup vinegar
1/2cup water (if preferred milder sourness and more sauce)
1 and 1/2 Tbsp fish sauce
1 and 1/2Tbsp cooking oil
sliced bitter melon amount according to preference
sliced egg plant amount according to preference
about 4pcs green chili peppers
