NOTE!!! if you don't want the bitter taste of bitter melon, don't include it in the pan frying stage.. just put it in the last part where all the veggies are almost cooked..
INGREDIENTS
600g pork liempo (pork belly) that was
sprinkled with salt and ground black pepper
and let it sit for about 1hour
about 3pcs sliced eggplants
sliced string beans (about 150g)
sliced "half" ampalaya (about 80g
5pcs okra sliced
2pcs chopped onions
6cloves chopped garlic
2Tbsp greyish shrimp paste
about 350g pumpkin sliced
ground black pepper
about 3/4cup water (add more water as needed)
2Tbsp oyster sauce
1/2Tbsp white sugar
more water as needed to cook the veggies according to one's preference
