I had the opportunity to get behind the scenes of one of the hottest new restaurants in Connecticut, Haven Hot Chicken. Haven Hot Chicken is a Nashville Hot Chicken concept restaurant. Currently they have one location that is located on Whitney Avenue in New Haven, CT. A 2nd location is under construction in Orange, CT.

I ordered "The Sandwich" with the spice level HOT. I chose a side of Mac N Cheese that was sprinkled with "The Shake". A spice blend that gives all of the food a little boost!
