Nala and I took a few days off to recharge our batteries and just enjoyed relaxing a wee bit. But we got back on the bike on Valentine's Day and we are heading towards Rome . While on the way, we had to stop and camp somewhere and we found the perfect spot right next to the beach in a closed off beach bar, thought it would give us ideal shelter from the wind as well... Forgot to check the weather report beforehand as it started pouring down in the middle of the night, and Nala thought the wind under the tent was an animal so she started attacking it ‍♂. Still an absolutely gorgeous place to wake up in though. After cycling for another 1.5 hours or so we finally made it to Rome, but as it started raining just before getting there, we thought we'd get into the apartment first and leave the exploring part for the next day which is supposed to be a lot sunnier ❤

We’re Dean & Nala, and we’ve been best friends since December 2018. I was actually cycling around the world when I heard Nala meowing out for me somewhere in the Bosnian mountains. With no intentions of keeping Nala, I knew i had to save the wee kitten and take her to the vet but I was well aware of the fact that it might be a bit of a challenge considering I only had a bike. However, despite my concerns, Nala quickly climbed out of the front bag on the bike handle and straight onto my shoulder. Since then, we’ve been travelling the world together.
