Even though I try to keep coffee to a minimum, I still crave a cup of coffee in the morning. I usually add my collagen, and enjoy coffee or tea with my breakfast. I was so thrilled to be eating cantaloupe from the garden and local pasture raised eggs this morning. I cook my eggs for about 8 min to get that medium well.
