The results from my meeting with the Humane Society are in!

All in all we had a great discussion about our differences and how we can move forward together in a positive way.

As it turns out, the issue I was experiencing was actually a frontline issue with the volunteer who is running the dog walking program.

Truthfully, I was worried that there was a deeper issue at hand but from my meeting with John & Tammy I have to say that I don't think that at all now.

It was awesome of them to reach out and meet with me so we could get on the same page.

I actually learned a lot from our meeting! My biggest takeaways were:

How they are funded
How their organization runs
That there are a number of programs they offer that not many people know about
That their adoptable dog sector is not where they require any help at this time

I'm happy that we had this meeting and I'm excited to showcase different areas of the organization that I had no idea existed!
