If this is your first time at a massage parlour you want to be relaxed you will be let into a room where you will be left alone to remove clothing. you want to remove your bra and socks and leave on underwear. You will lay face down on the massage bed if at any time you feel discomfort or attention do to muscle stimulation let your muscles know this is my experience.
