He drove the car as a demo test car and never turned the car in and ended up making a purchase: The Chevelle was assembled the 3rd week of January 1970 at the Atlanta, Georgia assembly plant with a medium Mist green Cowl Induction black stripes exterior, a green vinyl roof, and green vinyl bench seat interior. SS396 L34 350 HP engine, TH400 auto transmission, and 3.31 positraction rear axle.
