Our kids are our #1 priority, right? But we weren't impressed with the lack of car seat safety measures in our motorhome. Do you know where you can and can't install car seats safely? We didn't either until we had to learn for ourselves. Don't just assume because there is a seat belt, that you can put a car seat there. So we made some modifications using Ford transit van seats and found away to more safely let our children ride with us when we travel. Check out this video to see how we think we improved our children's car seat safety and modified our motorhome to accommodate their car seats and booster seat. This modification isn't for everyone, and it's not perfect, but hopefully it will help you think through your options when traveling with your family.
