This Moroccan Chicken is loaded with spices and FLAVOR!
To give it a try, this is what you'll need...
Ingredients:
23 lbs. Chicken
2 T. Oil
1 t. Smoked Paprika
1 t. Turmeric
1/2 t. Cumin
1/2 t. Kosher Salt
1/4 t. Black Pepper
1 t. Coriander
1/2 t. Ginger
1/2 t. Cinnamon
1/8 t. Red Pepper Flakes
1 Medium Onion, sliced or diced
1 1/2 c. Baby Carrots
2 T. Garlic, minced
1 1/2 c. Chicken Broth
1 t. White Vinegar
1/4 c. Dried Apricots
1/4 c. Dried Cranberries
