Structural steel members in residential framing open up a lot of possibilities but tying them into a system where everything else is screwed or nailed is just flat time consuming. This week is fitting the final beams together and cutting all the joists for the next level. I probably would've started setting them but I was still waiting on a pallet of skewed hangers to show up and decided to stay on the floor out of the ice. Just to keep it real, the weather makes another cameo this week but also provided the thumbnail at the eleventh hour:)
