This refrigerator was showing zeros when any button is pressed or the display was blank of the time. replace the main control it is located in the back of the refrigerator to program it. You will need to locate the programming code on a sticker inside the refrigerator section next to the word code. you have to press and hold door alarm button then press the temperature down button and then release the door alarm button while holding the freezer temperature down button. after you see it, the PE release the temperature down button and press it one more time to see PE00.000
then you can use the refrigerator temperature buttons to increase or reduce the number. and freezer temperature button up to change to the next number. after you get the code plugged in press the freezer temperature down button to to accept the code you will see zero and 38. that means the program was accepted.
