Mr Wallace is famous all around for his incredible puddings. He cooks them in the most genius way using car rim ovens, this techniques makes the puddings unbelievably moist.

I cant thank Mr Wallace & his wife Ionie (a famous author) for the welcome & hospitality. When I think of all the flavours I had in Jamaica, the sweet potato pudding is top of the list! I can’t wait to come back for more.
