Nanny 911 follows veteran Head Nanny Lilian and her team of specialist nannies Stella, Deb, and Yvonne who are armed with the dos and don'ts of childrearing. These diverse and knowledgeable English nannies have specific areas of expertise ranging from proper etiquette to controlling temper tantrums. Each one is ready to help exhausted parents tackle the issues creating chaos in their home and whip their families into tiptop shape. All it takes is a call to Nanny Central where Nanny Lilian, accompanied by her butler Fraser, reviews the case and assigns the nanny best suited for the challenge at hand. This episode features the McRoberts family and Nanny Deborah Carroll. There is never a dull moment in the McRoberts' house. With five boys to track all running in different directions, Dianna and Doug McRoberts' lives seem more like a carnival side show. Dianna admits that she tries to do too many things at once, but with five boys its a juggling act. How can anyone be in five places at once? Joey is like Houdini, if you take your eyes off him for a second, he's vanished into thin air. Doug McRoberts works very hard at his job and enjoys his time with the family, but likes to joke around taking the opposite position just to get a rise. Seven year old Josh thinks he knows the answer to everything, so be careful not to disagree. He'll stand his ground, just ask his mother Dianna. These brothers are so competitive that even when they're helping their dad rake up leaves, it quickly turns into a brawl and somebody ends up crying. Dianna and Doug have lost all semblance of control in this home of five rambunctious boys. They need Nanny 911 to come in and show them how its done.
