Nanny 911 follows veteran Head Nanny Lilian and her team of specialist nannies Stella, Deb, and Yvonne who are armed with the dos and don'ts of childrearing. These diverse and knowledgeable English nannies have specific areas of expertise ranging from proper etiquette to controlling temper tantrums. Each one is ready to help exhausted parents tackle the issues creating chaos in their home and whip their families into tiptop shape. All it takes is a call to Nanny Central where Nanny Lilian, accompanied by her butler Fraser, reviews the case and assigns the nanny best suited for the challenge at hand. Thi episode features the McCray family and Nanny Stella Reid. Much like the circus, everyone knows when the McCray family is coming to town; you can hear and see then from a mile away. If the visual assualt of red and blonde hair does not catch your attention, then the stereo squealing of the McCray brothers certainly will. With five boys and five very distinct personalities to contend with, the McCray household is in chaos. Though Tracey is a stay at home mum on kid patrol 24 hours a day, seven days a week, her five sons still demand a lot of attention. Craig, their father, is a New York City Police Officer, and is so busy with work that the burden of ringmaster falls squarely on Tracey. C.J, the oldest, is the ringleader and the younger siblings happily follow suit. The youngest pair, twins Jack and Francis, will make your head spin, as they move through the house like a whirlwind. This family has never sat down to dinner without mayhem erupting! Tracey McCray's dream is to have the family sit down to dinner just once! Can Nanny 911 step into the ring and create calm out of chaos?
