Making Mochi with a Rice Cooker

Ingredients: 250g glutinous rice flour, 400cc 60℃ warm water, 60g sugar, 20g cornstarch, 2 tbsp salad oil

Instructions:

Mix all ingredients in the inner pot of a rice cooker until it becomes a smooth paste.
Add 1 cup of water to the outer pot of the rice cooker and place the inner pot inside. Close the lid.
After the rice cooker switches to the "warm" setting, mix the mochi until it becomes uniform. Serve with a variety of sweet powders for dipping.
