Meal prep is like having a food superhero in your corner. It saves time, money, and helps you make healthier choices. Instead of scrambling for lastminute options or succumbing to the convenience of fast food, you have nutritious meals ready to go. Plus, it's a great way to take control of your ingredients, portions, and overall diet. So, whether you're a busy bee or just want to eat more mindfully, meal prep is your culinary sidekick!

First, I'd suggest planning your meals for the week. Choose recipes that are not only delicious but also provide a good balance of nutrients. Once you have your plan, make a shopping list and hit the grocery store.
Next, set aside a specific time for prepping. Sundays are a popular choice, but any day that works for you is perfect. Chop veggies, marinate proteins, and cook grains in batches. Divide everything into portionsized containers for easy grabandgo access.
Variety is key, so try mixing up flavors and textures. Don't forget snacks! Prepping things like cutup fruit, yogurt parfaits, or hummus with veggies can keep you from reaching for less healthy options.
Remember, it's all about finding a routine that works for you and makes your week a little less hectic!

My Healthy Refrigerator restock:
Eggs
Tofu (Organic GMO free)
Veggies
( Jalapeños, poblanos, carrots, bell peppers, celery, broccoli, cherry tomatoes, zucchini, cucumbers, herbs, asparagus, cauliflower, kale, greens)
Water
Fruit
( grapes, berries and bananas)
Lemons / limes
Chicken (whole chicken for bone broth) use the remainder for salad
Ground pork, beef and impossible meat (alternative to meat products)

Wash all the produce
In vinegar and water, remove green stems and dry
Clean and remove skins of carrots
Broccoli wash and cook for 60 seconds then let sit and put away, it will last longer and ready to eat
Hard boiled eggs cook and deshell
