Chicken Brussel Sprout Meal (what we used)...
3 lbs cooked, shredded chicken thighs
6 cups brussel sprouts
(We did not have mushrooms today but those make it good!)
the sauce...
2 cups mayonaise
1/2 cup balsamic vinegar
1 1/2 tsp salt
(we served with brown rice)

Chicken AsianInspired Meal...
3 lbs cooked, shredded chicken thighs
6 cups broccoli
pad thai noodles (we had two bags)
the sauce...
1 cup peanut butter
1 cup soy sauce
1/3 cup chili garlic sauce (this made it just slightly spicy so adjust to taste)
1 cup brown sugar
4 cups boiling water
(Luka warmed it in the "nuker" or microwave to soften the peanut butter before adding the hot water.)

Luka's single serving of Ramen...
1 Tbsp peanut butter
1 Tbsp soy sauce
1 Tbsp brown sugar
2 tsp chili garlic sauce
1/4 cup boiling water
Stir into cooked Ramen
Top with green onions!
