If you're like me, you LOVE pizza. ChicagoStyle Deep Dish Pizza is something I had never attempted before now. Making it for the first time was well worth it, super recommend it. It's very important to nail the dough. I used corn oil, but its open for the debate. Many use corn meal. Whichever you use, you'll taste it, it alters the dish in the best way possible.
