Hello people! FUNCTIONING: Its operation is very easy to understand, the wire coil works like a magnet when the electric current from the 9 volt battery circulates. When the electric current circulates in the coil, a magnetic field is created and it changes its name to an electromagnet (device that uses electric current to generate a magnetic field). One end of the wire is all scraped off, while the other end is scraped off just a part of the wire, thus leaving an On / Off switch according to the video. When the scraped part makes contact with the rod that supports the coil, an electric current circulates in it, thus creating a magnetic field, which is attracted by the fixed magnetic field of the magnet that is on top of the battery, with that the coil makes a U turn. Then the shaved part loses contact with the rod and cuts off the electric current in the coil, but due to the inertia of the movement, another half turn will be performed. Hence everything is repeated until the moment the electric current of the battery is cut.
