In this video I completely gut my bedroom down to the studs. I update all the wiring/insulation, build a built in closet, and do everything from the drywall to finishing the hardwood floors by myself. Install a beam and rip down a wall to expand the bedroom a little.

Start framing the builtin shelving, bust down a wall to make a door, install new windows, insulate and hang the drywall.

Finish off the drywall by doing the metal corner bead, drywall tape and 3 coats of joint compound.

Electrical and patch some hardwood floor, start the builtin drawers and sand the joint compound!
