This is Part 2 of Part 1 Livingston Yard to Kelly's Creek Valley Coal Loadout where we took 35 unloaded coal hoppers to be loaded and returned them to Livingston Yard. In part 2, we take the 35 coal hoppers and deliver them to the power plant located in Ridgeley West Virginia on the Ridgeline Subdivision. From there, we unload the coal hoppers and then return them to Livingston. We have a big surprise as we get to run 2 of CSX's First Responders Locomotives numbers 1776 & 911.
