I had the experience of direct awareness of nonduality / infinite impersonal being that would come in and out in short episodes from age 11 to 35, although I had no knowledge about what it was and didn’t talk about it much with anyone. At the end of those, I had a chance encounter with a psychologist who labelled it “DP/DR,” but I never lined up with that interpretation. In 2015, I had an initial awakening into the illusory nature of the mind and became largely disidentified with it. Again, I didn’t have any clear idea that anything significant had happened, but since that subtle shift in perspective, life became much easier, suffering decreased more and more as I intuitively and spontaneously began neutralizing reactivity and dissolving painful conditioning, and the body of wisdom came to the fore in my daily experience, which felt like magic to me, and this continues to this day. Also during this time, a natural psychic ability that enables me to detect the subtle realms quite easily developed to deeper levels as I worked as an energy healer to help people energetically disentangle from sources of energy drain from what David refers to as the astral and etheric realms in the dualistic system a parasitic system that perpetuates suffering. In Jan of 2024, self realization was fully clarified as I watched a video conversation between David and Nina. A strong doubt belief was forced to drop once it became clear that it had nothing left to hold onto and nowhere else to go but back into its own illusion. Lisa :)
