Trooper's Report:

On 04/27/2024, at approximately 1:43 PM, I, Trooper Russell was traveling south on State Highway 167 in the outside traffic
lane heading towards Bald Knob. I observed an SUV, red in color, that appeared to be traveling faster than the posted speed
limit of 60 MPH. At the time, this vehicle was traveling northbound on State Highway 167 in the inside lane. I activated my radar
utilizing the front antenna and confirmed the speed at 74 MPH. Once the vehicle passed, I transitioned to the rear antenna and
confirmed that the SUV had accelerated and was now traveling at 75 MPH. I proceeded to turn around activating my lights and
siren in an attempt to perform a traffic stop on this vehicle.

The vehicle continued to travel north on State Highway 167. I was able to catch the SUV in the area of the Grover Lane and
State Highway 167 intersection. I proceeded to call in the traffic stop while traveling directly behind the vehicle in the inside lane
at speeds of 78 MPH with my emergency lights and sirens activated.

I proceeded to follow the vehicle through Velvet Ridge on State Highway 167. Reach speeds between 8090 MPH. The SUV
continued and failed to stop. We continued traveling north on State Highway 167 in the inside lane.

I attempted a TVI on State Highway 167 south of Peacock Road. The TVI was successful. I then turned around and returned to
the SUV. At this time, I noticed a White County deputy stopped in front of the SUV. The SUV came to a final rest partially in the
center turn lane and partially in the inside lane of State Highway 167 facing south. I exited my unit while providing verbal
commands to the driver. The driver was directed to exit the SUV and complied with my commands. The driver was later
identified as Elizabeth Nguyen. Ms. Nguyen was safely taken into custody without further incident.

Trooper Bates arrived at the scene shortly after placing Ms. Nguyen into custody.
The SUV was later released to the passenger.
Nguyen was transported to the White County Law Enforcement Center. Upon arrival, Nguyen was booked in on the charges of
reckless driving, fleeing vehicle or conveyance, and the owner failing to register a vehicle expired tags.
