PIZZA DOUGH INGREDIENTS
1 1/2 cups warm water
1 TBSP yeast
1 TBSP sugar
3 3 3/4 cups all purpose flour ( start with 3, add up to 3/4 cup more if needed)
1 1/2 tsp salt
1 TBSP basil
3/4 1 tsp granulated garlic or garlic powder
1 1/2 TBSP oil (olive oil or extra virgin olive oil)
