In this episode I will take you to a beautiful Greek island in the northern Aegean Sea, called Lemnos. We will stay at a unique place and try the famous local traditional flomari pasta
Lemnos has plenty to offer to the Greek culture and traditional cuisine with many local products.
Main crops are wheat, barley, sesame, also great cheese and honey, wines and the famous Lemnos lamb that has been approved as a new Protected Geographical Indication (PGI) product by The European Commission. One of these wellknown products is also the “flomari pasta”
